If you receive a paper statement from your community, you may qualify to sign up to receive statements by email. You may also use this page to update the email address where we email statements.
Note: Only communities that bill quarterly, semi-annual or annually support electronic statements. If you are received a coupon book or are billed monthly, e-statements are not available. If you are not sure, enter your account number and name as it appears on your statement to check the system.
Please note that a fee may be charged to your account for pool and gate keys in accordance with Goodwin & Company’s association management contract.
